Following the disturbance, a complaint was filed with the police, prompting the registration of a specific case under Entally Police Station Case No. 25, dated February 3, 2025. The case includes charges under sections 115 (abetting an offence), 118(1) (disobedience to a lawful order), 54 (obstructing public way), 191(2) (giving false information), 191(3) (non-compliance), and 190 BNS (public mischief). Four individuals involved in the altercation were arrested based on the complaint and evidence gathered by the police.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Authorities have confirmed that further legal actions will follow as necessary. Police are also working to ensure public safety and prevent similar disruptions during ongoing celebrations.
